Registration

Online registration

In order to register please fill out the online registration form and submit it. After submission you will be able to choose between electronic payment by credit card or payment by bank transfer. If you choose to pay by creditcard you will enter a secure site to fill out your credit card details.

* Students have to show student ID at the conference registration desk

Registration fee includes reception, lunches and coffeebreaks for participants, dinner and an excursion to the international Keukenhof flower exhibition.

Methods of Payment

Creditcard
If you would like to pay by creditcard, please use the online payment system. Payment of registration fees by means of secure online payment is possible for Visa and MasterCard.

Bank transfer
Bank details for transfer of fees are available in the online registration form.

On site
Please note that we can only accept cash payments at he conference registration desk.

All payments must be made in euros (EUR).

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) to the Local Organizers before March 1, 2007. No fees will be refunded after this date. A processing fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds.
