Behavioral Economics

The goal of the Research Priority Area "Behavioral Economics" is to promote and support activities that lead to the advancement of the field of Behavioral Economics in our department. Everyone in the department can apply for money to run laboratory experiments or field experiments. We also support other activities, like inviting visitors and organizing workshops.
In all cases, a clear link with the field of Behavioral Economics will be required. We encourage you to apply with new initiatives on Behavioral Economics that would not thrive without financial support of the Speerpunt. An efficient and fair committee will decide about proposals with a minimum of red tape involved.
